This page allows professors to edit their Exercises. The majority of the page is for navigating to other pages to alter more specific details about contents of Exercises, as well as see an overview of an Exercise's contents. The contents of this page render differently depending on the type of exercise being edited.
Toggles whether students can see the exercise being edited.
Toggles whether the exercise edited can be practiced.
For In Class Exercises: opens an alert to toggle some settings.
For Homework and Quizzes: navigates to the Assignment Settings page.
For In Class Exercises: Activates the exercise and navigates to the Exercise Select Question page.
For Homework: navigates to the Assignment page to preview the exercise.
For Quizzes: navigates to the Quiz page to preview the exercise.
Navigates to the Pool page to create a new question pool.
Contains a list of buttons that each navigate to one of the single-part Question Writing pages.
Navigates to the Multipart question writing page.
Navigates to the Handout page to create a new handout.
Navigates to the Repo page to add questions from the Question Repository.
Navigates to the Upload Questions page.
Navigates to the Print page to print the exercise.
Navigates to another page to allow for the management of the Textbooks that are supported in the Question Repository. This button only appears for Professors who have permission to edit the repository.
Displays all of the questions in a sortable table. Above the table is another table that will show the question number, the number of marks it's worth, and the total marks the exercise is worth.
Each row of the table shows a question or question pool in a collapsible box with a short summary, and more details visible when opening the box.
The following actions can be taken on each row:
Navigates to the relevant page to edit the handout, question, or question pool selected.
Deactivates the handout, question, or question pool selected. When deactivated, it will no longer appear, but still remains in a state where it is recoverable by an administrator if necessary.
Only appears when editing an In Class Exercise. Navigates to the Professor In Class Exercise with the question selected as the active question. If the question has multiple parts, the first part will be activated.
